This site is a collection of recipes, experiments, reviews and whatever else I feel like saying about food and food-related business. I like to cook, I like to eat and I like to take pictures.
I’m an urban designer in my real life but secretly I just want to cook all day long. While I enjoy classic cooking techniques, I love experimenting with new stuff too… “molecular gastronomy” (or whatever you feel like calling it) fascinates me to no end, even if it doesn’t belong in every dish. I love the science of cooking and many of the things on this blog are my attempt at breaking down and experimenting with some of the mysteries of food science.
